The Oak Grove Preschool offers two classes, a Monday/Wednesday/Friday class, and a Tuesday/Thursday class.

Preschool Daily Schedule:

Arrival of children at 9:00 a.m.

Free choice of play activities

Pick up time: preparation for Circle Time

Circle Time: attendance, Bible story, calendar study, singing, structured learning experiences centered around people, places, science, holidays, etc.

Art or craft activity

Restroom Break: clean-up and prepare for Snack-Time

Snack Time: also birthday celebrations, if any

Quiet Time: informal transition; relax with books, stuffed toys, recorded music

Sharing Time: health and safety concepts, readiness skills; colors, shapes, letters, numbers, etc.

Basic Movement: exercises, rhythms, action and singing games

Free choice of play activities (outdoors, if weather permits)

Dismissal of children at 11:30 am
